I handled stock and orders worth over $100,000, created and improved Excel sheets for better forecasting, and developed SOPs for process consistency. I managed over 100 SKUs in 10 countries, turning poorly performing markets into the best for stock availability, and improved supplier relations. Helping in my local church in London, doing different fundraising activities, charity runs, Christmas carols, bag packing. At one point being in charge of the fundraising group. Having to prepare snacks for fundraisers that would go out each day.
I also helped in the cake shop. Preparing and serving drinks and serving pre-made food, on some occasions, making food onsite. Cleaning, doing inventory, opening and closing, handling funds.
