About Me.

My name is Ayden Alison, and I was born in 1988 in Zimbabwe—a country many are surprised to learn is my homeland. Zimbabwe, formerly known as Rhodesia, is a beautiful nation located on the northern border of South Africa and a former British colony.

I completed my junior and high school education in Zimbabwe before beginning my career as an assistant manager on a farm. In late 2008, during the global recession, I relocated to London. I spent a year working in various temporary roles through an agency, including positions in stock rooms, post rooms, office moving, and bar staffing.

In mid-2009, I joined a beauty company, where I worked in the warehouse managing inventory, fulfilling online orders, and preparing stock for stores. Concurrently, I pursued a business management course and began studying bookkeeping.

In 2014, I transitioned to an IT security company. Initially, I handled purchasing, stock control, and assisted with accounts. I was later promoted to Vendor Sales Specialist, a role that involved direct interactions with clients, suppliers, and sometimes even directors. This position provided me with valuable experience working with suppliers worldwide and clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In 2018, I married my wonderful partner and left my job at the end of that year to move to Kuwait. I spent 2019 as a stay-at-home dad and 2020 navigating the challenges of lockdown. At the end of 2020, I joined the Supply Chain team at Starbucks MENA, where I worked with suppliers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.

In mid-2023, I transitioned to supporting my wife full-time with her hair salon. In this role, I manage all backend systems, HR, payroll, and general business operations. This shift also allowed me to be more flexible for my family and focus on developing my own business consulting and management brands.

I am the proud father of two energetic sons. Since 2019, I have studied over 20 different topics across multiple platforms. This diverse range of courses has provided me with a deeper understanding of various company functions and departmental operations.
